Adverse Reactions/Side Effects
CV: hypotension, flushing, hypertension, bradycardia, and heart failure (reported with IV administration)
GI: diarrhea, hepatitis, nausea, vomiting
GU: renal failure, hematuria
Derm: rash (discontinue drug at first sign of rash), urticaria
Hemat: bone marrow depression
Misc: hypersensitivity reactions
