Specimen:
Serum collected in a gold-, red-, or red/gray-top tube. Lung or kidney tissue also may be submitted for testing. Refer to related biopsy studies for specimen-collection instructions.

Normal Findings:
(Method: Enzyme immunoassay) Less than 20 units/mL = negative.
