Antithyrotropin Receptor Antibodies: Binding Inhibition Antibodies and Stimulating Antibodies
Thyrotropin receptor antibodies, binding and stimulating: TSH receptor antibody (TRAb or TSHR); thyrotropin receptor binding antibody: thyrotropin-binding inhibitory immunoglobulin (TBII), TSH-binding inhibiting immunoglobulin; thyrotropin receptor stimulating antibody: long-acting thyroid stimulator (LATS), thyroid-stimulating immunoglobulins (TSI).
To assist in diagnosing Graves disease related to thyroid function.
There are no food, fluid, activity, or medication restrictions unless by medical direction.
Method: Electrochemiluminescent immunoassay.
