Route/Dosage
Topical (Adults) Apply to lesions 4 times, 1 minute apart, during a single in-office treatment session. May repeat if the treated lesions have not completely cleared 3 weeks after treatment.

Assessment
- Assess skin lesions prior to and periodically following therapy.
- Monitor for skin reactions (erosion, ulceration, vesiculation, scarring) following application. Do not attempt 2nd application until skin reactions have recovered.

Implementation
- Medication is applied by health care professional. Do not apply to open or infected seborrheic keratosis. Clean lesions with alcohol to ensure free of oil and debris before application. Using applicator, apply solution directly to the seborrheic keratosis in a circular motion 4 times, approximately 1 min apart. Apply enough solution to uniformly wet lesion surface, including edges without excess running or dripping. Avoid eyes during application to facial lesions. If lesions remain 3 wks after treatment, may be reapplied.
Patient/Family Teaching
- Explain purpose of medication to patient.
- Inform patients that severe eye injury can occur with application. Advise patient to inform health care provider immediately if medication runs into eyes, mouth, or nose during administration.
- Advise patient that local skin reactions may occur following treatment.

Resolution of seborrheic keratoses lesions.
