Triacylglycerol acylhydrolase.
Rationale
To assess for pancreatic disease related to inflammation, tumor, or cyst, specific to the diagnosis of pancreatitis.
Patient Preparation
There are no food, fluid, activity, or medication restrictions unless by medical direction. Ensure specimen collection takes place prior to endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ECRP).
Normal Findings
Method: Enzymatic spectrophotometry.
