Castellani paint
(kăs-tĕl-ăn′ē)
[Aldo Castellani, It. physician, 1878-1971]
Paint used to disinfect skin and to treat fungus infections of the skin. Its components are phenol, resorcinol, basic fuchsin, boric acid, and acetone.
