Asperger disorder

[Hans Asperger, Austrian pediatrician, 1906-1980]
An autistic spectrum disorder characterized by impairments in social interaction, repetitive behavior patterns and resistance to change. In contrast to autism, there are no clinically significant delays in language, cognitive, or developmental age-appropriate skills.
