Cornelia de Lange syndrome

ABBR: CdLS An autosomal dominant disorder marked by mental retardation, facial and limb anomalies, deafness, short stature, failure to thrive, and hirsutism. Affected children may have behavioral problems, including difficulty sleeping, hyperactivity, and a tendency to mutilate themselves.
