Concerned, Uncomfortable, Safety (a communication tool for nurses used to convey to physicians important changes in the health status of patients).
PATIENT CARE
The nurse explains to the physician that he or she is concerned about the patient's condition, is uncomfortable managing it without further intervention, and is convinced that the patient's safety could be compromised by a failure to intervene.
