Carabelli cusp

[Georg Carabelli, Hungarian-born Austrian dentist and professor of dental surgery, 1787-1842]
An accessory cusp found on the lingual aspect of the mesiolingual cusp of the maxillary first upper molar that may be unilateral or bilateral.
