[Abbr. of arthrogryposis, renal tubular dysfunction, and cholestasis]
An autosomal recessive syndrome characterized by arthrogryposis, renal tubular dysfunction, and cholestasis in infancy, often associated with platelet dysfunction. The prognosis is poor: most affected infants die in early childhood.
